No, a gastric feeding tube goes into the stomach, and the colonoscopy only goes into the colon. The colonoscope would not be able to see inside the stomach itself. No, colonoscopy will only detect pathology/obstruction in the large bowel, other imaging tests will be needed for upper gi obstruction possibly related to a feeding tube.
