Can a stomach feeding tube cause a partial obstruction that a colonoscopy can detect?

No, a gastric feeding tube goes into the stomach, and the colonoscopy only goes into the colon. The colonoscope would not be able to see inside the stomach itself. There are other tests which could be useful if there was any concern about the feeding tube. Contact your doctor if you are concerned. Good luck.

No, colonoscopy will only detect pathology/obstruction in the large bowel, other imaging tests will be needed for upper gi obstruction possibly related to a feeding tube.
