I had pdl laser for rosacea ten weeks ago. the settings were too hi and i had intense bruising. now i have more broken capillaries than when she started the treatment. will this go away or will i need another laser treatment?

I don’t know. But I would think that after ten weeks of initial therapy, and there has not been an improvement, then perhaps the setting was too high. Have you ever had any therapy previously. I would contact provider, and express concern.
