I had pdl laser for rosacea nine weeks ago. the dermotologist used a higher power and i had intense bruising on my cheeks. it has subsided, but i still have a slight rash on my cheeks where the laser was performed. will this go away?

This area of inflammation should resolve over time. However, I would suggest that you see your dermatologist for any possible treatment to make this problem disappear faster.
