Assuming that the "Primolut" (a progestin) was given after a prolonged interval where your menstruation had not occurred, and pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Ask your GYN physician about other testing (ultrasound) to determine whether PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) may have necessitated the "Primolut".
