A member asked:

Foreskin retraction: i'm 18 and my foreskin has not retracted yet, the skin is connected at the top not allowing retraction to take place. should i see a urologist and if so what should i ask. thanks?

I would. A tight foreskin can form a tourniquet and cut off blood to the glans if it slips below. A urologist can assess the issue & help you decide your options. A simple office procedure may be able to release the tight ring and allow full retraction.
