I have been having constipation so i took 2 little laxative pills. the next day i had diarrhea 2 times around night. i slept and woke up and im having diarrhea again and it looks like sand and my stomach keeps rumbling, why is this happening? help?

You had a strong response to the laxative pills (name?) and those symptoms are just from this laxative effects including the sand like stool and rumbling abdominal sound. I assume this is the first time you took this laxative. All symptoms should resolve in the next day.

Probably the diarrhea is from the laxatives that you took. They should be out of your system in a day or two at the longest. In the meantime, you can try adding some fiber to your diet and hydrating well. This is the best way to deal with occasional constipation. Good luck.
