Anything is possible but this is not likely. Worms moving inside the intestines are usually small and there are intestinal fluids and fecal matter that would mask the movements of the worms. If you think you could have intestinal worms, see your doctor who can order a stool sample so the lab can look for the worms. Good luck!

It is not possible to feel worms moving in your intestines. If you feel movement, you are likely feeling peristalsis, which is normal movement of the bowels related to digestion. If you think you have a parasite, see your doctor for appropriate testing. Good luck.
