Your negative test at 32 days was 99% proof you do not have HIV, and 100% proof HIV is not the cause of your symptoms. HIV symptoms result from the immune response to the virus, not HIV itself, and the immune response is measured by the antibody tests. Therefore it is not possible to have HIV symptoms if the antibody test is negative. (And those symptoms are not typical for new HIV anyway.)
