I had real bad stomach pain this morning like a felt hot like i felt like i had to throw up. went to the hospital they ran the covd and pregency test all came back " negative" they said it was a stomach virus do you know what else it cud be?

There are many things that can cause abdominal pain and nausea. But, a physical exam, lab work and imaging studies, like a CT scan, can narrow down the possibilities. If after an evaluation, you were diagnosed with a stomach virus, see your doctor if you aren’t feeling better over the next day or 2. Your doctor can review your tests and examine you to see what else it could be. Good luck!
