10 month old baby had stomach virus that started 4 days ago. vomiting ended within 24 hrs however he is still not eating well & is tired. is this normal? how long does a virus last?

Intestinal Viruses can last 5-7 days. Make sure the baby is well hydrated. Regular formula feedings should be fine, but if not taking enough, supplement with Pedialyte. (not gatorade- too much sugar- will make stomach discomfort worse). During illness, most babies will sleep more and act more fussy. Lethargy would be concerning.
