Many things: any chance you might be pregnant and this could be an ectopic pregnancy? If so, you need evaluation right away. Belly pain with loss of appetite is concerning and appendicitis is also on the list of possibilities. Recommend you seek medical evaluation as soon as possible. Hope this was helpful.
