The decision depends on the history and how severe the symptoms are. If you have history of recurrent UTI and that's why you have antibiotic(s) on hand and you had to take abx in the past for the same problem, you should take it. In contrast, if symptoms are mild with a benign history, you can delay the antibiotic, just drink a lot of fluid (2.5-3 liters/day) in the next 24-48 hours & observe sx.
