It depends how tall you are. The weight of 133 pounds may not be overweight. If you are not overweight then weight loss would not help. Are you taking meds for diabetes? If so, your hemoglobin A1C is ok. If you are not on meds, it is borderline. Exercise may help. If you are overweight, weight loss might help. See your doctor for more information.
