Swimming: Swimming is an excellent daily exercise. There is no impact to your joints and there is conditioning for multiple different muscle groups.

Yes: Excellent low impact exercise. However -- too much, too hard and you can develop things like rotator cuff injury. Enjoy it and be careful and sensible. Swim for life !
