Yes: You could have ovulated last month. If you're interested, you could use an ovulation predictor kit next month. That's great that you've had a 28 day cycle for the last 26 months.

Yes.: Most women who are having a regular cycle are ovulating. Consider taking a pregnancy test. Pcos effects fertility but you can get pregnant.
