If you are asking whether combining Ativan and tea can create an adverse interaction, it will not. Ativan affects the central nervous system in a manner similar to alcohol, so you should be careful. It is also addictive so it is best not to take it on a regular basis, but 0.5 mg with a cup of tea in your home is safe.

There should be no interaction between tea and Ativan, so it should not be a problem. Having said that, if your tea contains a large amount of caffeine, that could cause worsening of anxiety, which may counteract some of the effect of the Ativan. I would be careful if the tea is very strong. Good luck.
