It is likely mildly elevated-but it also depends on the normal value range the lab that did the test uses. The normal range should be next to the tsh result. You should return to the doctor who ordered the test to see what needs to be done next, depending on why the test was done, symptoms you’re having, etc. The test may need to be repeated in 4-6 weeks or you may want to see an endocrinologist.

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your TSH level is consistent with thyroid deficiency, and you may need replacement medication. Wish you good health!
