Vulvar varicosities? left side of vulva feels like lumps under flesh, upper part, close to clit. other side is smooth. burning and itching on that side seems to get worse with stress, arousal and urgent need to pee. that side also burns after peeing?

Varicosities (enlarged veins) are not a likely cause of burning, itching, or urgent urination. Whether or not you have varicosities, something else explains these symptoms. It sounds like a skin problem. See your gynecologist, or perhaps a dermatologist. Good luck.
