Here are some ...: What you described should have a urologist or gynecologist take a look so an accurate Dx could be reached and proper Rx / care / counseling could be offered. For a 50-yr lady, one needs to consider; eczema, skin lichen disorders - primary or secondary, etc. So, see gyn-doc or dermatologist timely.
