There is no scientifically validated treatment for GABA deficiency, nor is it even recognized as a diagnosis or true deficiency like other deficiencies. Having said that, there is a lot of research looking at pyridoxine (vitamin B6) which is required in the synthesis of GABA and serotonin, both important for mood, and B6 supplementation can decrease behavioral problems in some autistics.

Not clear, based upon your post, as to why you believe you have GABA or growth hormone deficiency. You also appear to disagree with a diagnosis of ADHD. Recommend resolution of all of this via a second opinion from a neurologist or psychiatrist.
