I took antibiotics for 14 days for strep but continue to have a sore throat and small earaches . im not sure what to do but i dont have a fever or any other symptoms ?

Strep is killed readily by any of the penicillin-based drugs with a shorter treatment than cited, Persistant symptoms suggest a coinfection by a viral agent like mono whose symptoms can last weeks & are not altered by antibiotics, A re-visit with your doc may be wise if you are not better.
