I took a 2nd claritin-d 24 hour sooner than i should have by mistake. instead of taking it at the 24 hour mark, i took it at 18th hour. should i be worried?

Not particularly, the Claritin by itself has a great safety profile & double doses are not a problem (but they don't give double benefit either). The decongestant might make you edgy/nervous as it is a distant relative of adrenaline drugs. Any effect will be tolerated well & pass over time.
