I take 10mg of adderall 2x day. i just took a claritin (loratadine) d not realizing they may interact. should i be worried?

Should be okay...: Claritin (loratadine) D with adderall may cause increased heart rate. If you have no heart conditions then you'll probably be fine. Watch for a racing heart, feeling faint, chest pain or sweating, if any of these occur you may need to seek medical attention. If you do have a history of heart problems then don't repeat this combo without talking to your cardiologist.
