Had sex 8 weeks ago. tested neg for stis, mgen, uas and prostate is fine. did test pos for hsv 1 (igg 2.01) 2 weeks in. after 9 weeks, could hsv cause itchy scrotum, slight burn after urin, and some discomfort in tip of penis?no sores/discharge ever?

I don't think HSV will cause symptoms without an outbreak. Have you noted even a tiny pimple? I suspect that you're experiencing symptoms of urethritis. Have you had a culture of the urethra or a clean catch urine culture done? Did your urinalysis also have a microscopic examination of the urinary sediment? What does your urologist think is causing your penile discomfort & urethral burning?
