It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be carpal tunnel syndrome. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Such numbness and tingling sensations tend to happen when the nerve to the right hand is compressed by postures - like sleeping on that arm, resting elbow on hard surface for long time, Neck injury/ Spasm or even Repetitive Over use. Vitamin deficiencies and some endocrine problems, like Diabetes (though usually starting from the legs) can also cause it. A visit with the PCP is a place to start
