If these results are repeated and confirmed -- especially if your creatinine was under 1.1 previously -- this is definitely of concern. Even more so if creatinine and/or BUN continue to rise. Discuss with your doctor; the next steps depend a lot on other health conditions you might have (like diabetes, cardiac or liver problems). Good luck.

I agree with Dr. Handsfield. If the results were normal 3 months ago and you have not suffered any major clinical event past 3 months, renal panel should be repeated. If abnormality is confirmed, you have acute kidney injury. If your family doctor can't figure out the cause, you need to see a kidney doctor (nephrologist) ASAP. You should be worried but I hope problem can be reversed, good luck.
