Watchful waiting is sufficient. If she has pain in her stomach or difficulty eating/drinking, get seen right away.

If the baby can swallow fluids now without choking, the wrapper has made it into the stomach. From there it will transit through the gut and exit within the next 3 days. There is nothing special you need to do other than think about it. To babies learning about the world the sense of taste is in line with smell/feel/visual appearance. If the opportunity presents itself they eat bugs/pet food/etc..
