Sublingual gland on the left looks and feels bigger than one on the right. no pain or fever. noticed today while flossing?

It's probably a salivary gland. Absence of pain& tenderness would rule out a blocked duct by a stone. If you have concerns, an ENT specialist can examine& advise you.

Absence of exact identical symmetry is normal. Exact mirror image symmetry is unexpected. Ask your Dentist to evaluate at your next regular check-up.
