I took my xarelto last night around 7 pm as usual, then took it again by mistake this morning at 7:00. what do i do now? is that dangerous and should i take it again tonight as usual?

I would take no further doses today. Resume use tomorrow at your normally scheduled time.

You can skip tonight’s dose and resume next day. Using a pillbox or an app consistently should prevent such events from happening in the future. Blood thinners are considered high risk meds for a reason.
