What can cause lower left back pain (flank pain) all blood tests, urinalysis, scans are normal. pain improves with ibuprofen but comes back without ibuprofen. mostly with movement. feels deep in there. cant reproduce it with pressure. 2 months now?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Exercise enough to induce sweating. Drink more water. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor.
