Oil gland: it is oil gland cyst which is common if your circumcision is not complete which mean if there is still fold of skin you still can pill back make sure you pull it back often specially during shower so the area can get clean, meanwhile keep the area of the cyst clean and apply topical antibiotic and avoid the temptation of squeezing the cyst
