Do urine pregnancy test for ruling out pregnancy first. If pregnancy is ruled out and you won't have period again next month, you should see a GYN doctor by then.

Some women occasionally skip a cycle or 2. Some on birth control pills will have light periods or stop. When/if their OBGYN doc thinks it is wise to trigger a cycle (after a negative pregnancy test) they may prescribe hormones that will induce menses. There are no home remedies or OTC products that will do this.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Consult this site. http://www.nichd.nih.gov/health/topics/menstruation/conditioninfo/Pages/causes.aspx Get HPV vaccine.
