Ask you GYN physician about low dose oral contraceptives. What is described may be endometriosis or a form of endometriosis called adenomyosis. Oral bcp's can be used several packs in a row, without a "placebo" week, which will reduce the severity and the frequency of your "periods", and preserve possible fertility options in the future.
