White bumps to throa: The white bumps to your throat are what we call "pharyngeal exudates". These can occur from infections, food particles, or even be a natural result of our bodies secretions. These exudates are adherent to the soft tissues of the throat and when tampered with, can disrupt the underlying tissue at which it is attached. Best to leave them there when you see them and have it checked out by your doc.
