If you are having no problems with the extractions, than consult your oral surgeon and your PCP. The blood in your stool is not normal after surgery, but the diarrhea is. Changes in your diet and medications before or after surgery and the amount of fluid in your body causes diarrhea. Black or Tarry diarrhea that looks like blood is not normal. A fecal occult blood test by your doctor is needed.

Bleeding/diarrhea are not normal. Are you on antibiotics that may cause diarrhea/bleeding? Your issues may be gastro-intestinal, and not at all related to your surgery. Your Oral Surgeon is responsible for your post-surgical care, and is the practitioner that can best answer your question.
