How can a 16 year old girl gain height 5'3 inches?

Expected final height in girls is the average of both parents less 5 cm, +/- an inch. Girls usually stop growing 3 yrs after 1st menses. An x-ray of the wrist/hand can show open or closed growth centers. If closed, no further height. Good health/ nutrition/sleep/exercise maximizes growth. If growth centers are closed, no meds/exercise/diet will add height.
