You should definitely go to your OB-GYN specialist which is following you and they should perform and Ultrasound of your abdomen and vaginal Ultrasound as well. This test is very sensitive and specific and it can determine if you still have a viable fetus

What you described is consistent with a miscarriage. Get HCG level done and repeat it 2-3days later. As advised by a colleague, getting ultrasound examination may help in answering your question.
