What is a trace cerebrovascular calcifications on ct scan mean?

It means there is trace calcium deposit in the brain vessels (mainly arterial vessels). This is not an uncommon finding in middle-aged or older people. Radiologist reports it but the ordered doctor will decide if this finding is clinically significant or not.

Unless you had problems with your parathyroid gland or a hereditary disorder, this finding would have no clinical correlative value. But to be complete, contact the radiologist and ask what this report implies.
