Why do i feel a mashy feeling ball in my vagina? and also i been getting brown \ bloody spots the last few days?

That is an unusual sensation within the vagina. I think you're a little too young to have ball like sensation from a cystocele or a rectocele. You could have a cyst,though. Brownish vaginal discharge is usually old blood& tissue debris being released from the uterus. I recommend a pelvic examination and inspection of the vagina & cervix with a speculum by your physician or gynecologist.
