There are painful black spots on my vagina. i have a fever, sore throat, and last night i puked. what could it be?

Could be....: Well there are lots of things but i would start out with looking at the possibility of a viral infection like the flu and treat with tender loving care: fluids, rest, vitamin c, and mild pain relief with acetaminophen. Good luck. Hope you feel better and if not see your doctor.
