I would say YES if nicotine exposure is via smoking though there is no randomized study to prove this fact. Scientifically, nicotine by itself does not have any effect in the production of GROWTH HORMONE from pituitary gland, however, the available research suggests that children who smoke or who are exposed to secondhand smoke are shorter than those who don’t smoke or are children of non-smokers.
