See a dentist!: What you describe sounds like normal salivary glands in your lip but for your peace of mind have a dentist take a look for you.. It's better not to be scared and be knowledgable.

Fordyce granules: They are probably Fordyce granules. These are minor sebaceous glands. They're common in 90% of the population. There is no treatment necessary.
