The best you can do is careful hygiene, especially after being in contact with your daughter. The most common "stomach bug" is norovirus, which is extremely infectious: just being in the same room when an infected person vomits can transmit the virus. Fortunately, these viruses rarely are dangerous, even for babies, even though uncomfortable for a few days. Good luck.
