Depending on the type of abortion process (minor surgical as opposed to "chemical") urination may reflect additional fluid intake (oral or IV), and is not a concern. If it continues, see your GYN physician for a urinalysis and culture.

yes it can happen and should get better in a few days. If not then you need a urine and physical exam for diagnosis
