Those are antibacterial + anti-inflammatory (steroid) creams and their effectiveness will depend on what kind of that lesion. If the lesion is due to a sexual transmitted disease from HSV 2 or HPV infection, these creams won't be effective. Lidocaine cream or ointment is more effective for pain but not a cure.
