Good evening doctors. what could cause whitish or grayish particles/sediment when i urinate?

That is urine sediment and when urine will become turbid (cloudy) if sediment is heavy. Too many crystals or cells of urinary tract in the urine can cause that. If you do not have any other symptoms, just observe and increase fluid intake about 30% OR more if you have history of kidney stone or gout. If you have urinary symptoms later on, see your doctor for urine check +/- kidney imaging test(s).

Could be concentrated urine with phosphates or other sediment. Drink lots of water and it might clear up
