Hello. i have got this problem that occurs when asleep i find my self suffocating and when i try breath i just can't, i even can't turn my self so i fight it till i manage to breath it feels like some blocking, and when i manage to breath that's when?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are overweight, you may have obstructive sleep apnea. Losing weight would be imperative. It would be prudent to see a doctor to see if respiratory support like CPAP may be needed. Wish you good health!

A sleep related breathing disorder is suggested by your description and seeking medical help would be best. Start with your primary care doc or general practitioner who should be able to further coordinate locally, a sleep study will likely be needed.
