Please contact your doctor and discuss your symptoms. If this is a hormone containing IUD some women may see a decrease or end of menses. If your symptoms are related to pregnancy a simple urine pregnancy test done properly would be positive. Without an evaluation it is not possible to determine the cause of this change.
