6 months ago i have noticed the presence of continuous sputum in my throat that i had to spit it our regularly. the sputum was clear but has very tiny orange spots. i don't have any allergies. is there anything i should worry about?

Post COVID 19 this may occur. Is there a history of illness? Post nasal drip may be due to environmental exposures such as smoke and dust. Avoid allergic triggers and watch for signs of bleeding. Take a photo of the orange spots to show to your physician.
