If lactation is occurring in both breasts, and you have not been recently pregnant, and if you are having visual abnormalities and/or headaches, see your physician and ask about getting a prolactin level. If prolactin is high (lover 100), your physician may order an MRI of your skull to rule out a pituitary tumor.
